DEVELOPING THE COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE

My students from 4th Grade are learning the verbs: enjoy and prefer. They are taking part in games in order to develop the communicative competence.

Students from 5th Grade are improving their reading skills, they are reading aloud their own writing about Alcañiz, They do a good job!

Reading in a circle is a motivating strategy in order to listen to all the students.

 In 1st Grade we are learning the sound of the words: "This, These, That, Those".

 These days we are practising sight word with a bingo. We need to learn how to pronounce sight words, for example:

WOULD
COULD
BUT
ONE
THEN
...

Bingos are a funny activity to do so. Have a look to the pictures!!

 Today, in 1st Grade of Primary we have been creating puppets with different feelings in order to understand the theatre play called: "My little library".

 They are very cool, colorful and beautiful. The children have written the feeling of each character.

 We are very happy with the result!!!!

CASTLES AROUND BRITISH ISLES

Our students from 5th Grade are taking part in a wonderful project about castles around the British Isles. They are reasearching information about their main features and localisation. As a final task they are creating a big mural with the pictures of the castles and a leaflet with all the information. They are fantastic tourist guides. Follow us!!!!

WE VISITED THE THEATRE

Hey there!!!, this morning all the students from La Inmaculada have visited the theatre of Alcañiz to see a play called "Nautilus". The actors performed very well and they did a good job. All of us have enjoyed a lot singing and dancing with them. It was a fantastic morning! Have a look to the pictures!!

WRITING LAB IN YEAR 3
